Advising and Representing:

Executor/Administrator - party appointed by Court to administer decedent's estate subject to Court supervision;

Trustee - party named in trust document to administer trust assets upon death or incapacity of individual who created  trust;

Beneficiary - one entitled to share in estate of decedent under decedent's Will or Trust -- or because of family relationship to decedent;

Decedent Trust Administration- cases in which decedent's assets do not require probate administration, estate tax liability may need to be determined; taxes paid; trust accounting prepared and distribution of assets to beneficiaries is required;

 Claims and Disputes in Estates and Trusts -- ex., delays in distribution of estate assets to beneficiaries; disputes as to interpretation of terms of Will or Trust;
